Unable to Access K9 Admin Page

I've signed up for K9 and for some reason I can't access the K9 Administration page (to change administrative settings). Some days I can access it, most days I can't (but other internet sites on my computer work just fine).
When I double click the K9 desktop icon it opens a "This page cannot be displayed" webpage. I wonder if it's a server issue.
Please help. Thanks.

Usually when you get this error message it indicates the service is not running. Check your computer's services. Also on the days you can't access the admin page, check your event viewer for error messages regarding the service, this should give you a little more info as to why the service is failing
