How to Show Computer Name in Report

How do i Create a report that includes User's Computer's NetBios name ?

I am using Bluecoat Reporter 9.3.3 Enterprise version. Bluecoat is sending the computer name to the reporter.. in bluecoat access log configuration i have added x-cs-netbios-computer-name and this sends the computer name in the log to the bluecoat reporter.. How can i add this in the DB and create a custom report that shows
