Viewing cashed Flashvideo problems

Hello! Now we have the proof of concept with CF5000 installed at one of our customers site. We see that customers of that provider have some complaints about watching flashvideo - sometimes they can not open it. Could CF be the reason of such problems? If yes - what can we do? Thanks a lot!
