Windows Media Player 12 with Windows 7.

Gentlemen,

I'm having trouble viewing videos, where the computers operating system is Windows 7 and Windows Media Player version 12. At the same internet infrastructure access is normal for computers with WindowsXP and Windows Media Player version 10.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Managed to solve? What was to be done to standardize access?

I really appreciate if anyone can help.
