I recently read an article by blue coat in which says that are testing a patch to mitigate the internal IP distributed attacks, where can I find it?, How can I apply it on the proxy? and if it is not available, Other recomendations that blue coat give for protect of the saturation the IP proxy for requests of host distributed infected with malware?

For the ProxySG SGOS already exists update to not be affected by this vulnerability.
The versions that have this correction are:

5.5.1.x
5.4.3.x
5.3.4.x
5.2.6.x

But these versions have not been released yet.
